i'm finally a senior in college. (october 11, 2012)

it's been about 2 years since i've updated my xanga. a lot has changed since then. 

• i got a boyfriend last october, and we dated until june.
• i broke things off because i felt like he was asking me to change things about myself that i didn't want to change
• my mom and her husband started their divorce process, then he passed away at the beginning of this month due to lung cancer
• i lost roughly 10lbs this summer (and gained back 4 since school started)
• i learned how to french braid this summer (and learned how to french braid my own hair this fall)
• my little sister had her first kid (Elias Lee Parker) back in March
• i got my driver's license the day after my 21st birthday
• i cut off all of my hair in the fall of 2010, but my hair's back down past my shoulders now

why do i even bother?

i'm so done with trying for relationships. being the old cat lady is gonna be so much less stressful.
